A self contained 3-metre unit coupled with a Victorian style hand cart with an array of baskets and furniture to weave his magic.Together with the traditional rush matting and cane smithing an abundance of wool and garden waste will produce balls, bangles, wreaths, chains and knots with the occasional whistle thrown in. Co-ordination of other rural skills.
Venue, suitable for number of students attending. ! 4-10 students These are HANDS ON DIY courses Could be , garage, garden (if dry), school or village hall. A restoration project (chair, stool, sofa etc) work apron/clothes hammer craft/knife/scissors golf tees for cane work. large type clip for rush. Enthusiasm patience and a sense of humour as things can and do go wrong
Restoration + Repairs of chairs in all types of restoration the frame and polish condition are checked and restored if required.
Canesmithing. All types and patterns of hand woven rattan work undertaken. Open weave or close caning patterns. Loom Cane, Bauhaus, Habitat style seats. Colour matching or aging of repairs. Conservatory furniture re wrap.  
 Rushwork. Hand twisted bulrush or ready twisted reel rush creating standard English or European patterns. Danish Rushcord (twisted paper) also undertaken.
 Twisted Seagrass. Traditional block weave, diamond, chevron or maze patterns
 Lloyd Loom. Patch weaving or whole loom replace on old or modern pieces undertaken Colour matching repairs - Re colouring to match your new décor
